Refund policy

 

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES

If you would like to return your unworn & unwashed merchandise*, you are welcome to return the item at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) you will be refunded the cost of the merchandise. We are unable to refund you the cost of the shipping. You will have to place another order for the size/item you are wanting.

All returns should be mailed to:

NOTE: A failure to include your order number may result in not receiving your refund as we may not be able to figure out who the return belongs to.

If you have received an incorrect please email your order number, photo of the wrong item (include the garment tag in one photo). If you have received a damaged item please email a photo of the damage.  Our email is hello[at]goforthright[dot]com. 

We do our best to accommodate any changes if you made an error on checkout. But, we cannot guarantee that we will see your message before we ship your order. If we ship your order before we see your message please follow the return rules listed above.

*WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR HANDWRITTEN LYRIC SHEETS. THEY ARE SOLD AS-IS. If they come torn by USPS please email us photos of the damaged packaging AND the lyric sheet.
